It’s all but confirmed now that Pokémon Champions won’t have IVs, there’s no “Judge” function. You can assign 66 Stat Points (SPs) in any stat, up to 32 in a single stat.

@RexProfessor Look we can both be wrong perhaps but the line that’s scratching at me is “certain species of Pokémon that are not normally found in the wild” Zekrom, And many cover art legends are not “found in the wild” Roaming legends to me make the most sense of being in the wild.
