They lost to an 11-seed Texas team that finished 10th in the SEC.

St. Peter’s and Oakland were friendly matchups for teams that were a 2 and a 3 seed. Please be serious. Looks like he just needed to be somewhere where the fans aren’t completely insufferable.

I’m a Cal fan and a parting of the ways was good for him and UK…but the glazing of Cal’s “renaissance” is missing a key variable. The brackets are falling apart for him. First the SEC and now the NCAA. He’s winning games… But the friendly brackets are helping.

Hubert Davis should be fired. Coming from a Kentucky fan, and we have our own problems, what is truly the standard of UNC basketball?
I know they lost Caleb Wilson.
But five years as UNC head coach:
Year 1: 29-10, 8 seed, miraculously loses in the National Championship game.
Year 2: Preseason No. 1 team, 20-13, misses the tournament.
Year 3: Good season, 29-8, 1 seed, loses in the Sweet 16.
Year 4: Another bad season, 23-14, shouldn’t have made the tournament. Made the First Four and lost in the Round of 64.
Year 5: Injuries aside, 24-9, 6 seed, and just blew a 19 point lead to lose in the first round.

I would say for a lot of these Louisville burners to act like you’ve been there before when winning a 6v11 matchup, but most of these burners were probably in elementary school since the last Louisville NCAAT win so they literally haven’t been there before

He wore out all of the boosters/donors and wasn’t getting the $$ to compete because they were sick of him.
He wouldn’t be doing this at UK.

Again it’s ok to not like Cal but acting like that after the man took us on one of the best runs in school history is just nuts. But the loudest boos come from the cheapest seats lol
