@ajjolley I don’t think this can be true. From what I remember it used to cost us to provide FSM; funds that we had to budget for each year.

Just heard an accusation that schools profiteer from FSM & keep some of the money I’ve also heard it said that “some primary schools make £35,000 profit from school meals” They argue caterers should receive all the funds I think it’s BS, but I’m interested to hear any thoughts

There's a child in my class who won't read during reading time. Each day, I've 'accidentally' left a book on her desk. She normally has a quick flick through then discards it. Yesterday, it was Rhythm and Poetry by @KarlNova. She read for twenty minutes then put it in her tray.
