@WilliamPerr0tt No one faults what he’s done for us, but for me he got found out at this level at times. NJ said he’s going to be ruthless, if we are looking to improve I think the midfield needs more quality and unfortunately Conor is for me a Top end L1 player and we can improve on.

Seen a lot of people fine with Conor Coventry going, think it’s baffling still young big future ahead of him I really rate him, stick him in a midfield with some more creative players around him and he will flourish Breaks play up so well, would be gutted if he moves on #cafc

@CafcA3_ Need to see where he’s at with his recovery and hopefully can have a decent pre season. If NJ lets Godden, Dykes and Kanu go I think he’s worth a look around the squad.

@TheValiant1905 @Vince1974cafc I get it…. Me personally we need a complete reset on the midfield I felt at times last season we just got overrun and had no quality. Again depending on who’s available in the summer I would replace him and look to move on.

Half tempted to say that the Jayden Fevrier and Tanto Olaofe switch should be made permanent. Only 23 and in a short period of time he has played has grown in confidence when given the opportunity. Still a lot to learn but I think could earn a squad position permanently. #cafc

@Danny_King1 I think this might be controversial but I wouldn’t have any of them back if we have better in the pipeline we need to look for better quality. If Coady drops his wage considerably maybe a year for Squad and leadership, Fevs again would bring back if cheap… squad player. #cafc

@BigBadBraz Exactly? People blindly hoping it’ll be different next year with a new set of midfield are going to be in for a real shock. This formation and set up is centred around suffocating play and making every game an attritional contest, so unless that changes nothing will change.

@Alex_CAFC47 @GeorgeMurfet_ @CharltonYooof 100% but again coming up into championship you are competing for players with teams on higher wage budgets which is why he tried top level league one players mixed in. Another year in the league helps and the owners will need to show intent on backing NJ in the summer.

17 losses is an exceptional season 🤣 This season has been bare minimum. We’re very lucky two teams were deducted points. We also spent 10M in the summer.

@RyanMason149224 Made no impact coming on TC and Miles, it felt like attitude to me didnt see intent …But I felt he made the changes too late. Chambers looked off it for me as well he looks like his confidence has been shot a bit. If I’m honest not a massive fan of Clarke lacks quality. #cafc

Harry Clarke was off again. I also thought Andrii Bell was disappointing. Dallied on the ball. Tried to slip in TC twice, and twice failed miserably. The first ok. The second is the same ball & still couldn’t do it. TC & Leaburn are lazy. I don’t care what anyone says. #cafc

The big question will be next season with recruitment and who he keeps to improve on this. If he doesn’t then I would ask the question #cafc

There is only a handful of players who start for this team if we stay up btw. Jones Bell Ramsay I genuinely couldn’t list another player who deserves to start… #cafc
