Am I correct in thinking that not a single player has come out and done a post thanking Slot? Usually you get at least one or two that do, even if it’s a short-term manager or an outright flop. Slot won the league and not a single thank you post? Kind of crazy.

Iraola has worse record than Slot, Bournemouth conceded more set pieces than us, “heavy metal football” with midweek game is not as easy to replicate, 80% of LFC matches will be against low block team, something he is not use to. I’m not feeling good about this hiring.

@Nick___Collins Right now I’d like to see Klopp back for a season and then for him to replace Edwards and Hughes as DOF. We are not out of the woods with them two still deciding on new signings. They threw Slot under the bus but they should accept a huge amount of blame.

I think there will be more departures from Liverpool in the coming weeks. So many disagreements about who should be the head coach / manager. There’s no harmony like there was under Klopp. At least they came to a sensible consensus instead of pulling in different directions. How can that sort of situation continue at a top level club like Liverpool?

We should have given Konate an ultimatum last summer: sign now or we sell you. We could have then gotten £40m or so as he was coming off the title win and used that to sign Guehi earlier and not left it until the last minute. Instead, we've lost another player for nothing.
