I think that doctors are more supportive than they're given credit for. The reason why doctors may continue to work after an assault is not because they don't care about the assaulted staff. They're just wired to always put patient first. Doctors will continue to work, even if a doctor was assaulted. Sigh

A doctor was assaulted yesterday and the hospital has practically been on shutdown since then because everyone wants management to listen to the doctors’ demands. This is the kind of unity I’m always talking about. I dey very sure say if na nurses, med lab scientists, or pharmacists, many doctors for still dey work normally or NMA go just release one memo saying services should continue as usual.

Drs and Nurses are colleagues. HCAs work under the Nursing team. They are allocated to Nurses, who supervise and delegate care tasks to them as junior colleagues within the team. HCA is a support role within Nursing, not a separate profession. It is simply a lower cadre within the Nursing structure. There is never an MDT meeting where HCA needs to be present, whatever the do or do not do, the Nurses they are working with is responsible.

No, he is sharing it on the sentiment of lack of understanding of Nigeria current job condition. We are going international effortlessly and people are now earning well online without having to lick their ass. Their pain is not that they can get the quality of people They want, their pains is they can’t get it anymore at the cheap rate because other foreign companies are paying better and those with that high skills and quality are not even free to attend to their cheap pay. I’m speaking from experience.

Aunty go and rest. He lied 💯 because he failed to understand the current situation of Nigeria before coming up with such statement. For someone that lives in the Uk, he can choose to work for passion but right here in Nigeria, people works for survival and there are only moved by the pay and currently people are making enough doing basic online stuffs and telling them to come cooperate for less will be dead on arrival. If he meant it, let him openly state the offer and if its make sense, those skills he is looking for will definitely come out. Do you even have the idea of how active foreign companies wants Nigeria cus there are very active and can deliver but because of the bad name that the country has, opportunities are missed not because there are not capable but because there are Nigerians.
