Inspired by the logos for Official Films (producers of the TV show “Peter Gunn,”) UK label Transatlantic Records and the Columbia Records “Eye,” I created a sketch of this logo for Regional Records which was then produced for print by another friend of mine, designer Mark London.

Two years ago, I managed to land a trifecta with Radio Candy Radio’s top 3 songs that week; I played on, arranged and co-produced #1 by Tall Poppy Syndrome, I designed the graphic for #2 by Carla Olson and Allan Clarke (of The Hollies,) and I played guitar on #3 by Tony Marsico.

Tall Poppy Syndrome’s third single “This Time Tomorrow” debuted at #1 on the Music Expo Radio chart in the UK two years ago this week. I also played guitar on the track at #9; “Turn On Your Love Light” by Tony Marsico of The Cruzados.
