Yesterday, John Mbadi said he would be coming to Nairobi and asked people to support him. Today, he has gone further and announced his bid for Nairobi Governor, and even hinted at a possible run for President in 2032. But many people are asking questions. Why is so much energy being used to fight Babu Owino? Every move he makes seems to be watched closely. It feels like some leaders want him to fail before he even gets to the top. They are restless, always planning, always reacting. Some believe this is part of a bigger plan by William Ruto to control Nairobi politics. Bringing candidates like Mbadi could be a way to divide votes and weaken Babu’s chances. But politics is not always about plans on paper. If it is Babu’s time, then nothing will stop him. No strategy, no pressure, no division. Even if new candidates come in, the people will decide. And if they stand with him, he will still emerge victorious.

Lemme laugh in a way that pleases the lord 😂 😂. It's always that one tribe destroying their universities, Moi University, and now Egerton uni. You won't hear such bullshit happening in JKUAT, DEKUT, or any Murima university. Yamune are the cancer killing our nation. Very corrupt mfs.

Today, Aaron Cheruiyot attempted to storm Emurua Dikirr to campaign for UDA candidate, but the move backfired in dramatic fashion. After buying fuel for boda boda riders to rally support, the same riders shocked him by removing their DCP caps and reflectors and breaking into chants of wantam, turning what was meant to be a show of strength into an embarrassing moment. I'll leave you with a Sikhendu proverb that says “When you see a rat running into a fire just know that what's chasing it is hotter than the fire.” Chesaa!!

The only employment I have seen in my village is the boys that man the gates to Koilel farm. We shall not mobilise votes for people whose only work is to enrich themselves. We have learned a big lesson and graduated with distinction. In 2022, we used our own resources to hire motorbikes to carry grandmothers and old men to the polling stations. We called everyone in the villages to make sure they voted for William Ruto. This time around, watatuonea kwa paa! Never! It is better we cry in the opposition, knowing very well that our son failed us!

Kalenjins we need to move door to door.....Baba ya watoto side are at 91% we are at 64%. Kiambu alone registered new votes that beat 50 Kalenjin Counties. Can we stop politicking and get our people to register. I have been singing here . Our chosen Leaders are a problem they don't give our people a reason to go look at votes. Hii upuzi Nenyo meet should stop. The opulence must end. Give it to Uhuru last time he sang kumira kumira and he got numbers. Now they are not sleeping....amkeni ama mjikute opposition. Kalenjins are telling Ruto that they benefitted more from Kibaki and Uhuru than from Moi and Ruto.. They got more development projects completed during the FIRST TERMS of Mwai Kibaki and Uhuru Kenyatta. Note that the Road ministry has been in the hands of two Kalenjins in he last four years, yet they have not developed their backyard. Kazi ya Murkomen na Chirchir ni kununua Italian suits and watches. Nothing else. They don't remember their backyards when it comes to development projects.Eloi!! Ati Ruto hajamalizia barabara ya 7KMs

RIFT VALLEY registered the HIGHEST number of VOTERS during mass registration; that's over 30% of all voters. Meaning, out of every 10 new voters, 3 were from the RV. FYI: All Kalenjins, including INFANTS, will VOTE our SON, H.E. Dr. William Samoei RUTO!

System Ya Facts: Kalenjin County has benefited more from Kikuyu presidents than from our own (Moi and Ruto combined). President Mwai Kibaki did more road projects in Kalenjin land than today’s government: 1. 53km Kipsigak–Serem–Shamakhokho Road (2004–2006 by China Wu Yi), Chebarbar–Lessos–Napkoi (2003–2004 by Issaco from Israel). 2. Himaki–Nandi Hills Road (2004–2005) – 21km. 3. Chepterit–Baraton–Kimondi Road – 17km. 4. Eldoret–Kapsabet–Nandi Hills–Awasi re-carpeting, and Kapsabet–Chavakali re-carpeting. 5. Mosoriot–Kabiyet–Kaiboi–Kurgung Road – 35km. 6. The only tarmac road in Aldai was built by Emilio Stanley Mwai Kibaki. 7. President Uhuru Kenyatta built the Rivatex–Kipkaren Salient–Kapkatembu Road (35km). 8. The Eldoret Bypass was also built by President Uhuru Kenyatta. The best maize prices in North Rift were during the reigns of Presidents Uhuru and Mwai Kibaki. 9. President Kibaki also raised tea bonuses during his term from KSh 3 per kilo to KSh 37 per kilo. Uhuru pushed it further to KSh 44 per kilo. During that time, Kalenjins never voted for Kibaki. Today, instead of our son pushing it even further, tea prices have dropped to KSh 18 per kilo. In four years, William Ruto has built only 7km of the Salient–Kaiboi Road... and it is not even complete! While other regions are benefiting from the national cake, our people, especially in South Rift have been left with the mandate of joining the president in prayer services, shouting Tutam, and clapping for the good work he is doing in other areas. Now he has come back home begging for mercy, promising that our share of development will come in his second term. Atukome kabisa!!!

In the entire Aldai Constituency in Nandi, there is only one tarmac road the Kipsigak–Kaptumo–Serem road—and it was completed by Kibaki in 2007. The rest remain promises on paper. A similar situation exists in other constituencies, where the few existing roads were constructed years ago, often just one or two, largely by chance since they fall under Class C roads. In Tinderet and Mosop, there are only a few single road projects currently ongoing. So when you hear that road infrastructure in Nandi or the Rift Valley is poor, it is true. That's just one sector The leaders have failed the residents.

Shakira played a free show on Copacabana beach last night to a crowd of 2 million. Rio's city government paid $4 million to put it on. The city is expecting around $155 million in return. The whole thing is a tourism program called "Todo Mundo no Rio," which means "Everyone in Rio." Every year through 2028, the city books one massive pop star for a free show on Copacabana. The city built it to fill hotels in May. That month sits between Rio's two peak tourism windows, and bookings would otherwise dip. The first two years proved the model. Madonna's 2024 show pulled in 1.6 million people, and the local economy got about $60 million out of it. Lady Gaga came in 2025, drew 2.1 million, and brought in $109 million. Both weekends, the city's hotels were packed. Shakira is on track to top them both. Rio's economic office is projecting around $155 million in spending at hotels, restaurants, taxis, and shops, plus another $250 million worth of news coverage worldwide that the city would otherwise have to buy through ads. About 310,000 of last night's crowd flew or drove in from outside Rio. Airline bookings to the city were up 80% the week of the show compared to the same week in 2024. Hotels were full. When the previous mayor was asked whether spending public money on a free Lady Gaga show was a good idea, he didn't dance around it. Yes, he said. He'd done the same for Madonna. The reason was simple: the shows fill the hotels and the restaurants, and the tax money rolls in. 2 million people is about the population of Paris. They were all standing on a 4-kilometer (2.5-mile) stretch of beach. The setup ran 16 video and audio towers down the coast so the back rows could still see and hear. The city is generating roughly $40 of economic activity for every $1 of public money it puts in. They're doing it again in 2027.

The Situation in Nandi, they call for a fundraiser to come and build a church when the schools and roads around are in pathetic condition. The Church construction was nowhere in the Manifesto. They are now asking why the people are not registering as voters. Voter apathy will be real.

Dr James Nyikal. A lawmaker. A highly respected medic. Once Kenya’s senior most doctor as Director of Medical Services. Once the PS for Medical Services. Currently chairman of the National Assembly Health Committee. He was bereaved. A Senator went to his dad’s funeral with violent goons. Dr Nyikal sounds pained and pissed off at the same time.
