@Londonlife44 It is what I suspected - but why are our media outlets not asking these questions?

Which journalists were present at today's Netanyahu press conference? Can any come forward and testify that what they saw was the man himself? It would end a lot of speculation.

Today I$rael tried to kill me in a targeted airstrike in southern Lebanon as I was reporting on was the targeting of bridges and the forced displacement of 1 million people, an ethnic cleansing operation on a larger scale than the Nakba I have absolutely no doubt that this was deliberate. Despite claims there were no warnings ahead of the strike and no notifications sent to the Lebanese Army who allowed us to film As we have seen in Gaza they want to silence journalists who document and report their war crimes It is the western powers who provide political and military support for I$rael, arming it to the teeth to carry out genocide in Gaza and ethnic cleansing here in Lebanon. They are not simply complicit, but active participants and should be held accountable for their actions. But if I$rael thinks today’s strike will silence us and keep us out of the field they are very, very mistaken

Islamic law (from Quran and hadith) strictly forbids deliberately targeting or harming non-combatants ("innocents") women, children, elderly, clergy, farmers, etc. unless they directly participate in fighting. This principle explains why Iran's strikes in the current conflict have focused on military, command, and strategic infrastructure targets rather than mass civilian areas: deliberate civilian harm is considered haram (forbidden) and would undermine their religious/moral legitimacy.

Israel is so small that Iran can destroy all of its desalination plants and its entire power grid within just a few hours. Just imagine what will happen to the settler population then, without water and electricity. Ask yourself why Iran is not doing that.

@alexjaxuk @Lowkey0nline Hezbollah lost all its top leaders, thousands of fighters killed, 70%+ of rockets/launchers destroyed & forced to withdraw south of Litani. They were battered & degraded but not ‘magically disappeared.’ Lebanon were meant to disarm them to finish the job but didn’t.

@JonathanPearl8 @Lowkey0nline In wars, defeat usually means to leave the enemy incapable of attacking you again. But what do I know? I'm just an armchair expert, same as you. Speaking of obligations, israel has lots of obligations under international law. Could they start with those, then help Lebanon?

🗣️ Nelson Piquet jr: "Max wants to have the best car, right? If you ask Max, which one was more interesting? That year you won the championship in the last race or the one you won with five races to spare? (He'd say) No, the one with five races to spare. He wants, he wants all the races, right? It's natural for him to talk badly. If he were in the Mercedes car, he would be quiet, Quietly saying nothing. You can be absolutely sure of that." [Pelas Pistas Podcast] #F1

@alexjaxuk @Lowkey0nline Defeat doesn’t mean they magically disappear. Lebanon has been unable to disarm Hezbollah as it was obligated to. So Israel is doing it for them. Simple as that.

@JonathanPearl8 @Lowkey0nline They defeated them but then they came back? It doesn't sound like they were defeated really. Oh well. I'm sure the country built on stolen land, that orphans thousands upon thousands of kids and creates future resistance fighters, will be safe after the latest battle.

Netanyahu died on March 8th. This is why Yair took an unusual 7 day break on X, for the Jewish Shiva mourning period. He tweeted last on March 8th, then waited exactly 7 days to retweet a post on March 15th.

@alexjaxuk @Lowkey0nline They defeated them in 2025. But it’s now 2026. The Lebanese government were meant to have in the meantime finished the job of disarming Hezbollah. They weren’t able to, so Israel is helping them out.

@AaronBastani There are two explanations. Either they knew he was a journalist and targeted him for that, or they targeted him without knowing who he was. Random brutality and killing journalists are both hallmarks.

Our correspondent Steve Sweeney has been wounded by an Israeli strike in Lebanon. He says an IDF plane fired upon the car carrying Steve and his cameraman, as they were crossing a bridge in the south of the country. Both men are conscious in hospital, doctors are diagnosing extent of shrapnel damage. War journalists are not legitimate targets. We pray for them.

@Lowkey0nline That bomb landed just 10 meters from where he stood. Israel was trying to silence journalists exposing their invasion and destruction of another sovereign nation.

Lots of sick people on here celebrating tonight, because Iranian missiles managed to kill a couple of Israeli pensioners in their seventies, and damage a Tel Aviv railway station and a commuter train. Then in their next post, they will pretend they care about international law.
