@GergelyOrosz Other than O&G and IB, in what other industries have you noticed this happen?

Related to this, I also see people becoming "trapped" in certain industries, as a dev. Making very good money e.g. in Oil and Gas or Investment Banking as an SWE. However, when wanting to switch jobs, they'd need to take a large paycut elsewhere. It becomes a tricky decision.

Interesting how working too long in certain industries, as a dev, can make it harder to change roles later. A software engineer who worked for 15 years in the Oil and Gas industry shared how they had to deal with rejections that was based on not their skill, but their industry.

@Suhail Perhaps some way to cache a thumbnail of the page? I often remember what the page I want to return to looked like, but not what its title was.

Do you use the History menu in Chrome? If so, what can be improved? How can we make this better for you?
