Curious where Kentucky fans stand after two years of Mark Pope. Sweet 16 last season, epic first-round win and second-round blowout loss this season.
1) Grade the Pope era so far.

I feel like if Mark Pope was an SVP in corporate America he’d be exited right after the tournament.
He’s struggling and trying not to drown during the regular season so much that we don’t even have a team for next year. It’s easy to project forward how this gets worse.

@TristanUda He had 5 TO and 5 more than were almost turnovers but our excellent guards grabbed his bad / contested passes before the defender.
He’s fine, but in my opinion he doesn’t pass the eye test even with excellent analytics. Too many momentum shifting mistakes originate with him.

Can we stop with the Amari Williams slander now?
Is he perfect? No. Do I wish he's put his hands up more? Yes.
Yet, he is one of the nation's best rebounders (analytically), grades very well defensively, and is one of the best big-man passers in recent Kentucky history.
