A #USS member has reported suspicious activity on her credit file following the Capita data breach. The #USS member signed up to the free ID theft service offered by USS to 470000 members whose data was put at risk by the Capita cyber hack in March.

I organised with other members ahead of #UCUcongress to propose a positive programme of solidarity with Ukraine, focusing on education & humanitarian work. Very glad this (motion 6) passed but upset motion 5 carried without @LeedsUCU amendments. We'll publish a statement tomorrow

Yesterday our e-consultation closed on strike days in response to punitive 50% deductions. 84% voted to back strikes. This is avoidable if @durham_uni management remove the threat of deductions & publicly state @UCEA1 should re-enter negotiations.
