Everyone talks about filling empty cups, but some cups are cracked. Some are broken.
You can pour all the encouragement, support, and inspiration you want, but until you address the cracks caused by things like stress, burnout, lack of respect, low morale, and trauma, it will keep leaking out.
Real leadership doesn’t just pour. It helps people mend.

This is one of my favorite runs in recent memory. 15th-seeded Ronnie Perry took out #2 Sorensen, #3 Kolodzik, #7 Leeth and #10 Tsirtsis en-route to the finals. Excited to watch #RippinRon at @CWAWrestle in two weekends.

Good day of wrestling for our Jr High wrestlers. The team placed 10 wrestlers, had 5 individual champions, and won the Berks Catholic team title. #Champions
If you haven’t #JoinedTheClimb yet, you need to.

“Your character is your legacy”
Jon Beck@CoachJonBeck
The value of sports is that they BUILD your character. The reality is that they will also REVEAL your character. Nobody’ll remember how many points you scored, but they’ll remember how hard you worked/what kind of teammate you were. Like it or not, your character is your legacy!

Opportunity is all it takes to change the trajectory of a life. Good stuff @CoachTomlin
Jay Glazer@JayGlazer
Best thing/story I’ve seen so far on my camp tour. A little backstory. @CoachTomlin was driving in his car when he saw these kids fighting in the street. Tomlin pulls over and the kids, in obvious shock at who stepped out of the car, stopped fighting. (Read full story below)

Leaders (coaches, parents, teachers, CEOs) take care of everyone else but who takes care of the leaders?? It can be very lonely for our leaders. So #Teammate - today reach out to your leaders and check in on them.

@KCapLiteracy @EDDeptEtown @EtownCollege Be flexible (Caprino’s advice), be coachable, and be encouraging to students AND staff.
Being flexible is the biggest one though. Special education is a giant puzzle, just roll with the punches and ask questions.

Would love to hear from @EDDeptEtown alumni here! What is your best advice about professionalism in the teaching profession? I will share your quotes with our students next week! Feel free to send along a picture of you and your classroom as well! Thank you so much! @EtownCollege
