Not enough credit being given on the assist on Hughes’ goal. Zach Werenski bodies his man off the puck and makes a brilliant, seeing-eye pass so that Hughes never even breaks stride. An assist for the ages. Poetry.

I disagree, I think he despises Fitz for not doing what was necessary to get him. Jack has a relationship with Bill Guerin from this Olympic experience too, think the Wild find a way to trade for Jack. Think everyone and their grandma thought he was getting traded to the Devils, Canucks wanted to trade him somewhere he wanted to go, and Fitz was scared to pay the price.
