@rangermonk1 @arbrnirish Also, start out with a low amount of exercises but set goals for increasing the number of reps you do every day. For example, if you add one rep/day, by the end if the month you’re doing 30 reps/day. If you can’t do all of the reps at once, break them up throuout the day.
