@EnergyOmbudsman need to get a handle on this despicable industry. Based on my experience it’s an absolute soulless ethical void where failing to meet delivery deadlines and leaving families in the lurch is accepted as the norm. Neither company has done a single thing to help.

Absolutely disgusted with @Rixpetroleum. An order that was made 2 wks ago with delivery “on or before” 21st has not only not been delivered today but apparently also won’t be tomorrow. This despite them knowing since 9am that we have no heating oil & 2 children under 5 freezing.

The same can be said for BoilerJuice who took the order. More than happy to take my £600 2 weeks in advance but have done absolutely nothing to rectify this issue.

@paddyjdavitt You look at that squad and see the clearest indication yet of the overall pecking order…and then you spot Jurasek on that bench. Intriguing that he’s not included in the ‘first team’ group later on. Still a reflection of where he’s at fitness wise?

I know it’s a bit of an overreaction to the first squad of pre-season but when you’re just about gaining confidence in the strength of the squad it’s a bit of a concern for so many to miss it. Guess there’s a lot of precautionary decisions at this stage (hopefully).

I’m just observing that he, his assistant & wife seem to have as many, or more, links to Ipswich than Norwich. Not saying it’s significant but it will be a subplot to the derbies I’m sure.

Thought that performance provided a good template for what next season needs to look like - more control, less open and well-structured. Four points from two against West Brom and Sunderland at Carrow Road a decent return. Two clean sheets an improvement. Plenty to like. #NCFC
