@JonnyDunbar @SkyBroadband Hi Jon. Faults and service issues should be reported directly to your provider. They run the line tests and send the results to Openreach, for us to attend any issues. I hope the matter can be resolved soon. ^Antony

@JohnLewisRetail have just delivered a new washing machine. Although they haven’t! They refused to take the machine up the outside steps. And left it outside in the rain. Plus the old machine has not been taken away. Despite paying for the service. Rude and so not JL. Beware!!!
