@Malachians Well you can hire a manager that plays a completely different style, but if you do you actually have to be patient and stick with him and get him the players he needs to be successful...not abandon that plan when we aren’t top of the league after a year of him being here…

The first responsibility of a football department is to define a playing style and then recruit the best people possible to implement that style. You can’t keep Erik Ten Hag, sack him and then hire a completely different manager that plays a completely different way if you do that, it’s impossible. There is no continuity in their decisions, none of it makes sense

I think he’ll be a success long term - but not with this team and these players who can’t play this system! Just have to try & not get relegated cause we’re setting up to lose every week with who we have.

Play to the strengths of the players u have, pick up results so the board/fans are content for a while but ultimately fail take the club fwd. He is forcing the boards hand into major investment & quickly.
