@JonnyPpai I don't understand why, with PromoStandards having such great momentum, we would look to muddle that with another standard. Especially one tied to proprietary systems.

There's a strong chance this development will cause a ripple effect that raises LTL carrier prices, but PPAI members have an opportunity to save on costs through the Association's Affinity Partnerships.

I spent some time sorting through the FDA's new cosmetics regulations. These are significant changes. One big development is that this doesn't just affect suppliers anymore. Many promo distributors dealing with cosmetics will have to meet new requirements media.ppai.org/ppai-newslink/…

That is to say, the ban includes practices like employees posting reviews without disclosing their relationship to the company or making honest reviews appear to apply to separate products. As enforcement becomes a possibility, make sure your company isn't unwittingly in trouble

One thing I wanted to get across in this article is that the number doesn't get that high only off of consciously bad actors. Bad digital practices spread quickly bc they are sold as commonplace.
