@epzilla The kids have a habit of taking a common phrase, using it to death, and then pretending like they invented it.
But the dividing line between Gen X and Millennial already exists. If the movie "Reality Bites" hits hard for you, you're Gen X. If not, you're millennial.

A good explanation to be sure, but as an almost 44-year old, I kinda thought “cooking” vs. “cooked” was pretty self-explanatory? Have we finally found the long-sought-after dividing line between Gen-X and Millennial?

Tonight I had the privilege of hearing a 13 year old explain the terms "cooking" and "cooked" to my 45 year old manager and she said something so excellent I have to document it. "cooked is bad. cooking is good. you're either in the pot or you're holding it."
