The Victoria 2026 Commonwealth Games will be the regional games for regional jobs. Four regional hubs will be established in Geelong, Bendigo, Ballarat and Gippsland, each with an athletes' villages. Shepparton will also host events, and the MCG will host the opening ceremony.

this morning I got good news. from being extreme for low bone density in the neck of femur (T< -3.2), and osteopenia in the spine (T< -2.5), I am now at normal range in spine, and inching towards osteopenia range for femur. I plan to keep my bones healthy, and stay active. 6/6
