My reaction to the major news today:

I leave twitter for two weeks and there's been a major event that I didn't get to witness in real time since I self-imposed a ban on twitter.

Deciding to only check twitter once per day is probably the best decision I ever made.

@spartanblood12 It took you this long to find out? Fractional shares are basically the only way I can afford to invest.

@spartanblood12 My other advice I have is to invest in stocks that have preformed great during periods of uncertainty. I invested in Coca-Cola and that has proven to be steady. Their Q1 earnings this year proved it.

@spartanblood12 Same. I had big losses in the past week or so. My advice is, just keep the stocks you have for a year or so to avoid paying the Capital Gains Tax.

The Kentucky Derby is the only time a year most Americans are exposed to and like horse racing.
