I used to think faceless content was lazy. now it makes me $30-40K a month. turns out people don't care who's in the video. they care about the product. does it solve their problem? is the price right? that's it. the creator's face was never the selling point.

everyone asks "what's the best AI tool for TikTok content?" wrong question. the best tool is the one that lets you post 3-4 videos a day without burning out. speed and consistency beat quality at this stage. I've tested 6 tools. the winner wasn't the most expensive one.

"but what if TikTok bans AI content?" I've been posting AI videos for months. $30-40K/mo in sales. zero strikes. TikTok doesn't care how you made the video. they care if people watch it, click the product, and buy. performance beats production quality every time.

my AI video workflow takes 20 minutes: 1. find a product with proven sales 2. write a one-line script (what it does + why someone needs it) 3. paste into AI video tool 4. post no camera. no editing software. no lighting setup. I do this 3-4 times a day.

most TikTok Shop affiliates quit after 2 weeks because they picked the wrong product. they grab whatever is trending, make 3 videos, get $4 in commissions, and decide "it doesn't work." the product is 80% of the game. the content is just delivery.

spent $200 on a TikTok account with 5K followers. day 1: posted 2 AI videos. picked a $15 product. day 3: 880 product impressions, 34 clicks. day 5: first sale came in. people spend months growing accounts from zero. I skipped the line for the price of a dinner.

3 things I check before promoting any product on TikTok Shop: → commission rate above 15% → price between $10-25 (impulse buy range) → at least 500 units sold in the last 30 days if it doesn't pass all three, I skip it. this filter alone changed my results.

the biggest lie in TikTok Shop: "you need to go viral." my videos get 5-15K views. that's nothing by TikTok standards. but I pick products with 15-20% commission and $10-20 price points. 254 sales from one video that got 12K views. views don't pay you. product selection does.

the challenge account is alive. 2 days ago: bought a TikTok account with Shop access for $200. no content, no products. today: first 2 AI videos posted. picked a $15 product with ~$2.50 commission per sale. first results: → 880 product impressions → 34 product clicks → zero sales yet but these are the exact signals I see on my main accounts before sales start rolling in.

bought a TikTok account with 5K followers and Shop access for $200. no content on it. no products. just an audience and the program. the challenge: $1,000 in affiliate commissions in 30 days. same AI playbook I use on my main accounts that do $30-40K/mo. if the playbook works on a fresh bought account with zero history, it works for anyone. day 0. documenting everything here.

@AnaHassan_will You don't need to have 5,000 followers; with 1,000, you might get an invitation to join the TikTok creator shop. Basically, the rules are the same as anywhere else: post something that resonates with people (inspires, angers, makes people happy, etc.)

someone DM'd me yesterday: "how do I start TikTok Shop from zero?" two paths: 1. create your own account, post content, grow to 5K followers, apply for Shop for Creator. slower but reliable — the account is fully yours from day one. 2. buy a ready-made account with 5K+ followers and active Shop access. ~$200+. faster, but you need to know the nuances — verify the account history, check for strikes, make sure the transfer is clean. I recommend path 1 for beginners. but path 2 works fine if you do your homework.

people keep building AI apps hoping for users. meanwhile I'm using AI to make 15-second TikTok videos that sell physical products. $30-40K/mo in affiliate commissions. zero code, zero support tickets. just a phone notification every time someone buys lol

"just buy an account and start earning tomorrow" I hear this advice a lot. and honestly? buying a TikTok account with Shop access for ~$200 can work. but know the nuances: → check the account history for strikes → verify the transfer is clean → make sure Shop access is actually active I use both methods. grew some accounts from zero, bought others. both work. if you're just starting out though, I'd say build your own first. you'll understand how the platform works, and that knowledge makes everything easier — whether you buy accounts later or not.

"what do I need to start?" I get this DM every day now. here's the honest answer: a phone, a TikTok account, and 2-4 weeks of patience to hit 5K followers. that's it. that's the barrier. once you're in TikTok Shop for Creator, you pick a $10-20 product, let AI make a 15-sec video, and collect commissions while you sleep. I spent more time overthinking it than actually setting it up lol

spent my first month testing 12 different TikTok products. most flopped. then I found a $15 kitchen gadget with 20% commission. one AI video, 8K views, 47 sales in a day. turns out product selection is 80% of the game. the content is almost secondary.

@noisyb0y1 $65K in a week without filming — sounds about right. I'm doing $30-40K/mo the same way. AI makes the videos, TikTok Shop pays the commissions. no camera, no team. people still think you need to be on screen to sell lol

19 year old American made $65,000 in a week on TikTok Shop - and didn't film a single video himself. $64,000 out of $65,000 came from affiliates - people promoting his product in their own accounts. 90% of all revenue came from just three of them. His strategy against the market: while other sellers use affiliates and disappear, he asks each one every day - how can I help you make more money? Strategy, video ideas, b-roll, hook ideas - everything they need to post more and perform better. The system runs 24/7 without him. Affiliates make more - he makes more, $65,000 a week as a result. TikTok Shop launched in the US in 2023 - most sellers still don't understand what's happening there. He figured it out before everyone else and has already made over $900,000. Details in the article.

You don't need a team of 5 anymore Content manager, designer, analyst, copywriter, dev all replaced by Claude Code + the right prompts The article breaks down how to run e-commerce across 5 platforms with one AI system: > Amazon Merch (POD) > Etsy Digital > Gumroad > Shopify + AliExpress > Redbubble One idea = Amazon listing + Etsy template + Gumroad guide + Shopify page. No hires, no agencies, no burnout Questions for you 1. Will AI actually replace small e-com teams > or is this just more hype? 2. Which of the 5 platforms would you launch on first? 3. What matters more in 2026: the product idea or execution speed? 4. Who in e-commerce will AI never replace?
