@ponkotsuuublues It's still a pretty penny and a hassle to get merch, and I heard it's pretty much impossible for foreigners to attent concerts despite being able to buy a ticket. Jpop companies really need to realize that they need some things to change if they really want to go global.
English

@ponkotsuuublues I was somehow able to get into Jpop 15 years ago. Specifically Johnneys groups. So I get it. I had to rely on downloading stuff off of Livejournal or a random family friend who happened to recently move to Japan who could send me a few cds. Yeah it's a lot better now byt-

@nanonano_me Have a Japanese address or phone number. Which is honestly really incredulous bc we don't do that at all in western countries. So honestly I think your agencies need to learn about opening up and letting us support you. Bc sometimes it feels like they think we're pests w/no worth
English

@nanonano_me I don't mind following socials or attending concerts near me at all. But it's definitely difficult to fully support Japanese artists bc of how difficult it is to attend concerts in Japan. I've heard about foreign fans being turned away despite having tickets bc they don't-

If you’re a fan of Japanese music and live outside of Japan, I would be so grateful if you take a moment to read this🙏
If you’ve ever wondered why more Japanese artists don’t reach out and do shows & tours overseas, the reason is pretty simple and the main one is the hurdle of selling tickets.
There is only a SMALL percentage of artists that can rely on the power of big labels/agents to promote their shows internationally.
Even in Japan, selling out shows is a lot more challenging than in past years, due to people just being satisfied with digital content. And considering it costs even more to bring a tour overseas, you can imagine how many artists are willing to LOSE money by doing so, if any.
It’s not just about the artist not being popular or sufficient enough, or that they don’t have the will to bring their content to fans around the world. In fact, there are so many fellow artists around me that I highly respect, telling me they wish they could do shows overseas, but know it’s not realistically possible, and as someone who yearns for the same thing, it really, really hurts inside.
More importantly, it hurts most that fans around the world will often never ever be able to see a show of their favorite Japanese artist.
I’m not trying to ask for pity, nor demand anything, unless this resonates with you.
But if it does, and you want to know what you can do to help us reach you with our music, it’s really very simple.
Please go follow artist’s socials.
Please go subscribe to their Youtube channels.
Please find them on Spotify.
Please interact with them by commenting and letting them know you’re there to support them.
Please share your passion with the people around you.
AND PLEASE, don’t miss the opportunity to buy a ticket and GO to their shows, when that miraculous opportunity comes, whether it’s a solo or event stage.
I am not exaggerating when I say it IS a miracle and it might never happen again.
I know writing all this isn’t gonna change much, but I just hope it reminds you that every listener, every fan, every second of support matters in keeping music alive, particularly in this generation.
Thanks for listening, if you made it this far🫶
Let’s keep Rocking On.

@kellytheboss7 Repeating something is a huge pet peeve of mine. It's made my retail job complicated bc I'm always repeating myself to different customers.
"Where's the chicken salad?"
"This is produce, so it won't be here. But go next door to the Deli where it should be."
English

THINGS ADHD BRAINS CAN’T STAND:
• Repeating the same instructions 4 times
• Being interrupted while finally focusing
• Loud chewing
• “You should’ve just remembered”
• Too many notifications at once
• Small talk when mentally exhausted
• Starting a task with no clear deadline
• Waiting mode before an appointment
• People talking too slowly
• Boring meetings that could’ve been one text
• Losing motivation the second something feels forced
• Someone moving your stuff “somewhere safe”
• Background noise while trying to think
• Being told to “just relax”
• Remembering every embarrassing moment at 2am

@RedDecimo It's so sad how low Naruto fans have become. I used to love Naruto as much as the next over 10 years ago, but after getting back into manga/anime I realized it's not actually the best. especially Boruto. Yet the fans acts as crazy as Kpop stalker fans.
English

I cant tell what's worse
The fact that you called Giorno "Italian Naruto" when in fact Jojo part 5 came out before Naruto, or that you genuinely think Tsuna is a Naruto clone when they share little to no similarities whatsoever
To any sane Naruto fan, are these two any similar?

Riya Singh@riyasinghwb
I will say they took pure inspirations….
English

@riyasinghwb of course. Because Naruto totally invented the genre of "Inspired to be something"🙄 also, Tsuna doesn't want to be a mafia boss. If you read or watched the anime you'd know that.
English

I always love this scene bc Ichigo knows what she's been through and probably knows she can handle herself with that height and yet he still worries about her falling and it just tickles my heart
Makima@Makimatweets
Orihime is way too innocent 😭
English

I got inspired after hearing Arden Cho was a fan of Bleach. So, I could help but give Orihime a Kpop Demon Hunters make-over~ instagram.com/p/DXsW8uMDNlQ/…
English

@Jooan_Project No, don't worry ! I think their personalities kinda merged....? I hope
English

@uryukisses Orihime!! 🥰 Never really knew why. But ever since middle school I've always adored her. I think I kinda looked up to her and wished I could have a personality like hers.
