@T9131325 tbf that GFL:BBC (god the acronym) game looks kinda meh. I wasn't a big fan of GFL:FC already and it just looks like FC but turned into a full fledged PvE game Time will tell how it is but with the release date being this year I doubt it's going to be anything note-worthy imo

the problem with all these new GFL games is i dunno how im going to play all of them...

@anon16509170 Only played GLF2, so I'm confused on what RC is. Is it an alt timeline that branched off of the original game? And what's with the cosmic horror elements? I assumed the series was similar to Metro or Fallout, being a world mix of sci fi, post apocalypse, with anime girls

every single time I see retarded "remember when" posts like this about the GFL, it's always from somebody who has either -not played since 2019 -interacted exclusively through fan art and social media or -remembers almost exclusively head-canon things about the series

@JoonCian @Arkangel_61 Yeah Im on controller, so you cant really imbue tox and heat at once, its an awkward claw. Plus I hate all the slide movement abilities so I put sick pulse over it since its just the highest dps with gas and cata

@MattGoesBuck @Arkangel_61 You can do something similar without S-Pulse by just priming enemies before hand with your other abilities, since his 4 has condition overload You can also imbue with 2 elements at the same time instead of one after another Much easier if you're on MnK, but doable on controller

@Arkangel_61 1 and 3, dont need to be imbued, they prime and reduce cooldowns for your nuke. Imbue 4th with toxin and heat to make gas, cast it on a group, then pop sickening pulse

And most targeted casts are CC abilities are they not? Can't think of any other than wrathful advance off the top of my head

@JoonCian @Myth69420 @PabloMakes No, not nullifying. I mean being untargetable. If a power needs an enemy target to cast, you cannot use it on the boss.

Got asked on devshort why I don't think raids work on WF, so sharing my thoughts. tl;dr I don't believe you can have good raids without challenge. And you can't have challenge without balance changes. 1/10

@Circle0Trick @Myth69420 @PabloMakes While I dont like it either, nullifying isimportant to make the bosses actually difficult because half the frames have invincibility in their kit If someone only cared about the sumdalis, they can just bring Revenant and trivialize all the fights if they didn't nullify you

@Myth69420 @PabloMakes I actually ask for nerfs often, and by “nerf,” I mean “please let me actually target this thing with my powers.” It feels pretty lame when the only option is “buff your gun; shoot your gun.” because nothing else is allowed to do damage.

@PabloMakes Please never nerf the hard bosses. If anything I felt that The Guilty was a bit too easy compared to the previous bosses.

Our current hard bosses are meant to be optional challenges for those who want to push it, we kept the rewards cosmetic so you never felt like you HAD to do them, and even so, I still requests to nerf them, so I really don't think our community is thirsty for harder stuff 5/10
