@NELFUND Today is 02/09. The last time I received upkeep was 31st July 2025 which is the upkeep for June. I usually get paid the last day of the current month the upkeep of the previous month meaning I was supposed to be paid 31/08 the upkeep of july. Dunno what's going on. @NELFUND

@NELFUND I feel you guys just enjoy doing this. You enjoy making the students beg and suffer. That's the only explanation to all this. When this upkeep finally comes, students end up using it to clear previous debts and borrow again and the cycle continues. This is not help!

@NELFUND Why is there no actual date of the month for payment of upkeep. It's so random students don't even know how to plan with what they have. This month it's 7th, next it's 15th, next it's 30th, next it's 17th. Students end up using the suppose upkeep loan to pay up accrued loan.
