Sadly, Luka’s injury will be used against him even if he’s eligible for awards. This kind of season has only happened once before… by Luka himself. He built such a massive MVP lead in the eyes of actual basketball fans that this injury doesn’t change anything. He’ll still finish with more minutes played than Wemby and SGA. He will still be viewed by the fans of the future as the man who should’ve won MVP this year.

With Wemby likely being eligible for awards this season and Luka as well as others likely missing out here’s some food for thought. Wemby Total Minutes: 1,784 Luka Total Minutes: 2,289 The 65 game requirement is extremely flawed. Luka has basically played 16-17 more total GAMES than Wemby this season but could be penalized for not meeting threshold. It makes no sense.

It's mental that people are heavily critiquing The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. It's a kids film, I took my 5yo son to see it today and he LOVED it. It's like they wanted shocking drama, gut wrenching monologues, life lessons, deep metaphors. It's a slightly chubby Italian plumber and his brother in their overalls, on an adventure with a screaming mushroom. That's literally all that matters. It was never intended to be Shawshank Redemption or Ben Hur, was it? I thought it was great, loads of fan service, and introduced a new generation to the amazing Fox McCloud/Star Fox 💙
