Launched a new creative 3 days ago.
Static image. No UGC. No talking head. One before/after visual and a single line of copy.
It's outperforming 4 video creatives I spent €600 producing.
The lesson I keep relearning: format matters less than message.
A static image that opens with the exact frustration the customer already feels will beat a polished video leading with the product every time.
Cheap to test. Expensive to ignore.

Products I won't touch:
Gross margin under 60% — ad costs will eat everything before you scale
AOV under €35 — almost impossible to hit a profitable CPA on Meta
No existing organic proof — no reviews, no videos, no search volume
Problem isn't visible or immediate — "I want to be healthier" doesn't convert, "my knees hurt tonight" does
Products I look for:
€60–120 AOV with room to survive €20–30 CPAs
Solves something embarrassing or urgent
No dominant brand already owning paid search
At least 3 creative angles I can test from day one
Most operators skip this filter and blame the ads.
The ads were never the problem.

The Pope has time to:
-Drive a Ferrari
-Visit a mosque in Africa
BUT
He’s too busy to go to Nigeria where Christians are being murdered by muslims.
WORSE POPE EVER.

NEW: Pope Leo XIV takes the new Ferrari Luce for a spin.

@LachezarVoynov Ytube and ggl ads will help you with that, depending on the brand either pinterest or tiktok, these can also provide significant value.
However, try to rank in chatgpt and other similar, that will definitely boost things organically

🧠 advice needed: how do we scale an ad account past $400k/day
we have a client that wants to scale past $400k/day but they are having a tough time doing it because their CPA increases massively
i’d say all the best practices are there:
1. Dedicated LPs for different customer avatars
they know their audience pretty well, they have multiple avatars and angles they use inside their ads, and each of them is sending traffic to a dedicated LP for this specific persona
2. Partnership ads
they’ve always been doing that, and even though a lot of people talk about how important those are, they are not always (rarely) the top-spenders or top-performers inside the ad account
3. Launch new ads
the brand is probably launching 500+ ads per week
a mix of video and statics, we’ve shipped a few ads that became top No.1 spenders inside the ad account and helped them scale from $150k/d to ~$350k/d
4. Solid offer
the brand has a really solid offer with a high AOV subscription and high LTV
i don’t think there’s anything to be done on the offer side
5. CRO
they work with the best CRO agency so everything on their website is super optimized + tested all the time
there are 2 directions I am thinking about:
1. launch a new product for a different customer segment
I’ve seen clients massively scale when they introduce a new product but for a different audience segment
in some cases, the brand grows 10x just by introducing a new high-demand product
2. new channels
going big on YouTube, TV and OOH advertising should have a positive effect on brand awareness, which will help scale the ad account, right?
any thoughts?

Running the same creative for 6 weeks is like playing the same song at a party on repeat.
First time it plays, the room loves it.
Second time, people nod along.
Third time, they're checking their phones.
By week six, they've left.
The ad didn't get worse. The audience got tired of it.
CPM is your early warning system. When the same cold audience has seen your ad enough times, the auction gets expensive because fewer people are responding. Meta has to work harder to find someone who hasn't seen it yet.
That's why I rotate creatives before CPM spikes — not after.
Watch frequency. When it hits 2.5 on a cold audience, you're already playing the song nobody wants to hear anymore.
New creative isn't optional at that point. It's the only move.
