@virginmedia We get very poor / no connection on our devices throughout the house, regardless of if we’re in the same room as the router or not. We’ve had to pay for extra data on our phones every month as we run out of data due to not being connected to WiFi when at home. Thanks KW

@virginmedia I have been trying for ages to sort out our broadband as it has been horrendous ever since we’ve been with Virgin. We have given Virgin the opportunity to put this right and it is still shocking. Thanks KW
