@ASuitThatFits Hi, I was told I’d receive an update once you received my suit on the w/c 17/09. I’ve heard nothing. I had my measurements taken on 23/06 and was told the whole process would take a matter of weeks. Haven’t even had my first fitting yet!

@_BIG_ED_ I did mention it was a complaint, I would have expected they would be the ones dealing with it. They’ve now responded and delayed the result to 14/09, is not good enough.

@phil_hayes_ @_BIG_ED_ Will do, I’ll also be contacting the @financialombuds should MCE not stick to their 8 week slot to deal with a complaint. They’ve already failed to meet the four weeks they said it would take to tell me the result of their investigation.

@_BIG_ED_ Hi, what further information do you need? I’ve included the reference above, the defendant legal team should be very aware of this issue. Complaints department said I’d have the result of their investigation by the 17th or at least a reason for delay
