If it was the defender and attacker that could be seen as a coming together. The keeper literally runs the length of his box

@1_hunz @CH_SpartansFC Not for me, he misses the ball and it brushes his standing foot. It’s a coming together and definitely not a stonewall penalty.

@JordanHarris92 @CH_SpartansFC Their GK runs out to the edge of his box to make a challenge and gets none of the ball. Not a single touch on it. If you watch the direction of the ball, it’s not clear contact from our player but his touch changes the direction of the ball. Stonewall penalty my friend.

A huge achievement for each of the match officials appointed in which each of them have been recognised for their performances across the season so far. ESSEX CORE Q3
Tonight our CORE group met up for Q3 with the main focus being on ‘Positioning & Movement During Open Play’.
The session comprised of indoor and outdoor learning, in which each of the referees received feedback from our coaches on how to enhance their positioning and movement from the simulated drills.

Silly stuff in Marseille. Liverpool corner & the game just stops for 90 seconds because the referee wants to chat with the players about shirt pulling/tussling etc etc when will this stop? The players know the rules if there's a foul when the corner comes in just give the foul!
