The news that 103 patients have suffered lens damage in Wolverhampton has been picked up by several news outlets including the @BBCNews @DailyMailUK BBC Radio WM and @thetimes With so much press I hope more victims will come forwards and gain access to justice. @FBCMBPI

After several years of working towards qualification I’m delighted that not only have a I qualified today but will also be continuing working within the clinical negligence team @FBCManbyBowdler as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Great to meet with @MikeP_H from @FBCMBPI today. It's really encouraging to talk to a Corporate who also supports those who have been bereaved, albeit in a very different way. We hope they may choose to support us, as we support bereaved families through counselling & wellbeing.

With a ‘Never Event’ happening nearly 8 times per week from April 2021 to March 2023 more needs to be done to protect patients, especially when these incidents are largely preventable.
