Proud of these Jaguar athletes and dancers for promoting athletics, fine arts, and what it takes to succeed in Middle School to three of our Elementary feeder schools. They had a lot of wisdom to share and they did an amazing job delivering it to the 5th graders.

The 8th grade Lady Jags worked on a mentality exercise that included breathe work, visualization, and goal setting. They took their goals, made them affirmations and gave themselves a “Reset word” to refocus in high pressure situations. Can’t wait to see them on Monday! #GoJags
