Different set of facts driving the higher sentences in the Handy case. The Handy defendants forced their way into a clinic—injuring an employee—and received enhancements for obstructing a victim in a medical emergency who collapsed outside. Six also got perjury enhancements.

The Biden DOJ requested an average sentence of 26.8 months for pro-life defendants. That compares to the average sentence of 12.3 months Biden DOJ requested for pro-abortion defendants. Per today's DOJ report on anti-Christian bias: "Pro-life defendants were ultimately sentenced to an average of 14 months, while pro-abortion defendants were sentenced to an average of 3 months."
