I’m sure I’ve sent some annoying pages as a new pharmacist who is learning but the intent is always PATIENT SAFETY I’ve caught an unintentional 90 unit insulin bolus and drip, opioids and abx for wrong pts, etc I will continue to question orders if it involves patient safety
