That went well. Really clear we were lacking the extra bit of quality on the ball with that 3rd midfield position, but kept persisting with similar players. Moran brought that tonight. Shame it's taken so long to see it but hey ho. #pnefc

Hopefully this means Moran and Devine will start together. Thought one of the reasons for signing Moran was to move Devine into Armstrong old role, and Moran play Devine's role. It's the only way to really try and replicate the way we set-up with Armstrong. But it's nearly the end of March and it's not been seen once. #pnefc

Not actually that bothered about the rest of the selection. We're doing shit so it is what it is. It's a manager trying to find something to turn things around. Not particularly fussed anymore. Just glad to see this midfield setup to see how it does.

Yeah the personal terms may have verbally been agreed when everything was hunky dory. It's all gone a bit Pete Tong now so even if we were to trigger the buy option, I imagine him signing is more unlikely now than it was earlier in the season. But I was always dubious about us ever triggering that option anyway. A lot of money for us. Unfortunately.

@JordanSMonk @louise_pne @thejdtucker Personal terms agreed as well as the agreed option fee. We could opt to pay the fee, doesn’t mean Devine has to actually sign. Personal terms agreed means it just hurries up the process if both parties want it to happen. I don’t see it happening personally.

F1 fans are so strange. The amount of complaints I see about the new regulations calling it "manufactured racing", when we've just come off the back of DRS, where the vast majority of overtakes were done in the chosen "manufactured" zones. But didn't see that being called manufactured racing. At least with this, they can use the battery wherever on the track so it can improve the spectacle, and is doing.
