@SawyerMerritt @Starlink The statement that "with a monthly service fee similar to an NBN plan" is misleading. Starlink is much more expensive especially if you want the higher d/l speeds.

NEWS: $3.8 billion will be spent to upgrade 622,000 homes in Australia with national broadband network Internet, costing ~$6,100 per house. The retail cost of a @Starlink router is $549, with a monthly service fee similar to an NBN plan, but Starlink internet is up to 4x faster.

No one has done more for #FreeSpeech in recent times than @elonmusk. Many don’t realise that yet. We need more prominent people challenging the media controls. In my opinion, Elon is a very unappreciated man. His legacy will be amazing one day. Think about it.. Zip2, X.com (PayPal), Tesla, Space X, Starlink, Neuralink, Open AI, Boring Comp, & Twitter. Father. Philanthropist. He’s 51. Think about the impact of these businesses and him personally across the globe. It’s quite amazing really. He has certainly contributed to society in a positive way.

@therealrukshan Would be good to hear a coherent plan (or at least creative ideas) to solve some the complexities in Alice Springs.

Inner city coastal elites, politicians, mainstream media and activists portray Aboriginal Australians as a monolithic group that whole-heartedly supports the “voice”, the reality on the ground from the locals we met in Alice Springs doesn’t fit that mould.
