Zohran Mamdani has never owned property in America. The communist running NYC and its new rent policies… 1991-2018: Lived with parents. 2018-2026: Rented. 2026-Present. Lives in Mayoral Mansion. Never built or ran anything. A taker not a maker. A destroyer not a builder.

At what age does sleeping on a floor or couch become unacceptable? Some of my friends got a house in the Hamptons this weekend and said, “Anyone can come… but only couch/floor space is left.” I respectfully declined. There’s an age where I’d rather stay home than wake up feeling like I got hit by a bus. Does this start in the 30’s?
