@AmericanAir And you’re still giving out $12 food vouchers like it’s 1982. What modern day airport has food that $12 will cost? That’s just a slap in the face to your customers. Anywho, excited to stick with Delta going forward. You all just need to do the opposite of what you’ve been doing.

@AmericanAir It’s not just one thing that needs addressing. It’s structural. People pay a lot for these flights and yall have never have your ish together. Always delays (even without weather), consistent rudeness from ticket/gate agents & flight attendants.

.@AmericanAir never ceases to disappoint and infuriate. For sure one of the worst airlines on the market in any region. I’ve never once had things go smoothly with them in the last 5 years. Delay after delay. I miss my usual go-to Delta 😢
