i am going to be posting on here every day untill i hit a 10k day. been doing ecom for about 6 months. was scaling my brand untill everything got banned and had to start over. since then just back to square 1 testing on a new store. From today i will be documenting everything.

Day 46 Terrible metrics so i decided to cut the product. 1 sale on 100 adspend. had a good talk with some ecom boys the last couple of days and realised between working 60 hour weeks and life, i’ve just been trying to get products out and haven’t been testing with intent. just to get a product out and feel productive but realised my heart wasn’t in it. so took a step back recalibrated and going to be testing with intent from now on and not rush and not over complicate things. sometimes it seems so complex but it’s really not and things are simple. spent a good amount of time today really locked in and to find a product that i can actually test with intent. found it build out the pdp and launched the ads tonight. felt good to launch something with my heart actually in it and have a good feeling about this one took the proper time to research and check everything before launching something will see out it goes. yes i bought premium just to type more on my post and go more in depth. Day 45 good day finished the day with 2 ROAS most of the rev was old product mrr but still 2ROAS from the prod itself doubledbudgets no ads today just trenching research and also brainstorming conceptsfor future been over complicating it lately and bringing it back to basics

Day 44 bad today, got 1 sale the rev being at that was due to mrr from old prod debumped also added another batch of 5 statics based of whats working for big brands. found a winning offer and launched another offer test gonna trench customer research tmr and lock in, bless 🙏

Day 43 bump did terrible -%50 margins batch of statics i made took all the spend and starved the ad that converted really wel 1st day bump tho so gonna leave it let it learn also got a offer test up aswell no ads today gonna let it learn and do some customer research for now

DAY42 test day2 day 2 went really well ended the day with %45 margins at a 4 ROAS tripled budgets coz i’m at low spend and try to get out of low spend feedback looped ad thats working and ideated off of it making a batch of statics will split test offers soon to increase aov

Day 41 day 1 of prod test and got 1 sale. very strong buying intent for day 1 %16 ATC %10 RC so good signs so far. says -10 coz a refund from a previous prod tweaked pdp after doing some customer research more for demographic and not touching ads rn wanna let it learn bless

Day 40 test day 3. 0 sales i cut the product testing is so exhausting but it’s gotta be done feel like i’ve just been testing prods to be productive but im not testing with intent launched another prod test tonight with intent. so will see how it does. i am in the trenches

Day 39 Day 2 test. 1 sale decent buying intent really low sessions. Campaign only spend half of the daily budget today aswell for some reason. make some iterations of the ad that got a sale and some more statics. will see how day 3 goes 🫡 God bless 🙏

Day 38 Day one of new prof test. good buying intent no sales though. that’s it will see how it does tmr 🫡

Day 37 Day 2 test 120 in sales, but then realised product was to large to ship and couldn’t run it so cut it after the day finished. rookie mistake wasted no time got another prod up tn before going to bed and waking up for work tmr on a saturday. the grind will pay off 🙏

day 36 day 1 of test 0 sales. just a shop order for a previous ran product. decent buying intent. gonna let it run another day to get more data back before i make a decision. bless 🙏

day 35 shit day. finally decided to cut the product i’ve been trenching for 3+ months. sometimes even tho it’s validated you don’t have the skills to make it work so you walk away. as long as you learn smth from it, feels good. launched new prod tn, so will see how it goes 🙏

Day 34 prod did alright but running of the 1 rip again gonna leave it 1 more day to squeeze some profit out of it then launch new prod and back to testing happy with cutting as i’ve exhausted all options for 2 months straight and done everything in my power so it is what it is

Day 33 Bad day today. turned off all ads except for the 1 converting so will see how it does. gonna cut this prod most likely in a few days. been looking for a new prod to launch in the meantime and might have found something 🤫. speed is king in ecom God bless 🙏

Day 32 figured out what happened. my domain got hacked and used. had to buy a brand new domain and edit URL for all my ads in the cbo. Unpaused the CBO at the budget it was at. good sessions no sales tho, gonna give it 1 more day to optimise hopefully. God Bless 🙏

Day 31 found out website has been down that’s why i got no sessions yesterday and no sales. paused all my ads as i’m still dealing with it, back and forth with support. got 3 sales on shop orders today even tho website is down. currently just tryna get my website back up asap.

Day 30 weird day today Only spent $50 on the statics i posted yesterday and got no traffic today. nothings broken so i didn’t debump and i’ll just let it run and see what happens. meta been hella weird lately usually more creative output better, but lately hasn’t been the case

Day 29 idk how i feel about the dashboard update. anyways broke even added 10 statics into cbo and will see how they go. short day today just been adding ads slowly from old cbo, so not much work for me to do other then manual research and feedback loops. God bless 🙏

DAY 28 bad day today. -25% margins. debumped and added a few more old ads in slowly trying to incorporate the funnel. might do bad until it has to relearn so will see how it effects the cbo next couple of days. short one today. God bless 🙏

Day 27 -15 margins. added a few more ads from old cbo and resulted in this. wanted to take it slow. starved my winner and the ads i added in took 90% and converted unprofitably. lately really trying to media buy my way to exhaust everything for this product. better day tmr 🙏
