For starters, the BS meter of the interviewers go up when they hear stuffs like this. But even if you were given the benefit of the doubt, the event is too recent for you to have properly reflected on it and gained experience from it. As such, it is a bad answer. True story, after my son was born in North Carolina, we went for the first visit to the pediatrician, and for some reason, my wife and the nurse there didn't get along at all. On the third visit, she told me that the lady smiles too much at me when I am there. I normally try to put people who are hard at work at ease by cracking jokes, but I didn't notice the subtle signs of flirting that women do.
