@soult visited Dundee recently and the branch there was an interesting concept of 'Fridays And Go' where they were trialling serving their offering as fast food, complete with order touch screens

You always feel for the staff in these situations, especially as TGI Fridays in #Durham only opened in 2022. In a city oversupplied with eateries you have to have a *really* good offer, though - and Durham TGI's had 6,000 sq ft of space to fill each day. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
