Especially while in pursuit of my music degree: I always learned more during my breaks than during school sessions. With no cramming I was able to really take in my theory and piano playing… seths.blog/2021/07/what-d…

@MsMathre @MerlySerrano2 @LauraChaffin10 It’s so hard to have proper and balanced perspective nowadays. Maybe the problem with the phrase is “first.” In a healthy environment everyone is concerned about each other’s well-being.

What an interesting perspective! I never thought about how this could be perceived as a leader! @MerlySerrano2 @LauraChaffin10 what do you guys think?

Fixing Education@FixingEducation
Play is the work of kids. It’s not just running around and yelling. Play helps kids solve problems, negotiate with others, and develop self-regulation skills. When recess is reduced or omitted, you are taking away the learning of significant and necessary skills.
