Totally agree with @dicktofel. Starting long news stories with an anecdotal lead needs to end. Everyone is busy and has shorter attention spans. Writers shouldn't need to tell a person's story to convey an issue's importance. It buries the substance. open.substack.com/pub/dicktofel/…
