Very happy with my training at the moment and pushing my body to the limit. I live for the high I get after a workout and the mood it sets me in for the rest of the day. This has enabled me to stay super consistent as I have a drive/purpose to each session I do. 💪

Jess came to me 4 weeks ago. Feeling demotivated, low on energy and not happy with the way she looked. Over the 4 weeks we focused on making small daily habit changes to both activity and food on a consistent basis. This resulted in the 4 week progression you see today. 👏👏

Big leg session today! Finished off with this to finish. 15 mins. 15 cals on Wattbike. 15 frog jumps. 12 backwards lunges. As many rounds in 15 mins. This was me towards the end 😂💦💪 Give it a go as a great lower body/cardio workout. #fitness #gym #workout

Sunday service! 2 min rowing machine - managed 40 cals each time. American kettlebell swing 20kg - 15 reps. Pull ups: 15 reps. Run 17 kph: 2 mins. Decline press ups: 15 reps. 1 min rest repeat x5. Fastest round: 8 minutes. 28 seconds.
