What's stupid is eggs can be eaten raw no problem now with how clean we process them these days. As long as they haven't turned yet, obviously. And the hot rice does cook the egg even if its only partially. Anyone who like runny yolks is eating raw egg, too. Sounds like a light lunch dish to me but I'd definitely try it.
