All sex outside of one man and one woman in marriage is a sin against the Creator and destructive to human beings as image bearers of the Creator. Sexual sin, as defined by Scripture, damns and destroys. Jesus came to save us from wrath in eternity and bondage in this life. He came to deliver sinners (John 10:9-11). There is no bondage Jesus cannot break. Thus, we can call sin evil without giving hope for the sinner. All Christians personally know the beauty of forgiveness and growing freedom in Christ.

This is usually the case. It is also usually the case that when salvation is promised, judgment is also promised. The one who is saved is humble and repents; the one who is judged is proud and rebels.
