@MachinistBD @pulpmx The sport isn’t growing, it’s been about the same numbers for years. Some new fans come along and then they leave, it is what it is. Wanting real racing isn’t being a pussy. I’m fine with Deegs taking a shot but to continue slowing down and swerving is chickenshit.

But it’s best to not leave anything up to the sanctioning body to judge your actions when you’re the best guy in the class.

Deegan was not thinking strategically. If he had successfully taken out JS, HD would have surely been penalized enough that he would not win the title. The smart move would have been to take the Moto win and hope for the best. Instead, he rode foolishly and sealed his fate.
