The fact that the two men who brutalised a police officer at Manchester Airport will NOT face a retrial is a shocking disgrace. It is a huge miscarriage of justice and they only ever seem to go in one direction. The British justice system is BROKEN. Time for changes.

Frankly, I think all fireworks are dangerous and frivolous if you cannot provide adequate safety and security. I applaud the Town of Rutland for keeping the safety of citizens (and pets!) as their main priority. We do not NEED fireworks to have a 4th of July celebration. We need healthy, happy people. The pets and wildlife will be very happy this year. I hope it becomes the standard.
