OpenAI is discontinuing Sora, the generative AI video platform it launched last year:
• The company did not provide a reason for the decision
• The shutdown comes just months after OpenAI struck a major deal with Disney, which would have allowed Sora to generate user-prompted videos using more than 200 characters across Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars

Now we wait for the bill to be introduced into the Senate (word is that it'll be Ted Cruz.) My guess is that it will be identical to the one that passed the House today in hopes the Senate it will pass it with no amendments and thus can go straight to Trump's desk.
